Comment : nous étions au 2ème étage juste en dessous de la salle du petit dejeuner, nous étions reveillé à 6h00 du matin par le bruit dût au manque d'isolation, nous aurions préféré payer plus cher sans cette nuisance.

Comment : la stanza da noi utilizzata, la numero 137, era in una posizione terribilmenteesposta a tutti i rumori sia del personale sia della clientela(attacata all'area di servizio). questo era l'unico punto critico.

Comment : Durch den Shuttle-Service zur U-Bahn Station war die
Lage außerhalb halb so schlimm.
Von der U-Bahn in die Stadt sind es nur 20 min.
Super im Sommer ist natürlich der Swimmingpool,
den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben.
Die Zimmer, auch im Nebenhaus waren absolut sauber und geräumig. Klimaanlage funktionierte
einwandfrei. Auch der Zimmerservice war Klasse.
Nur das Frühstück hat nichts mit einem 4-Sterne
Hotel zu tun. (-Im Angebot nur Scheiblettenkäse und Salami - und das 5 Tage in der Woche).
Selbst das Personal im Frühstücksraum, konnte durch Ihre Unfreundlichkeit das Frückstück nur verschlechtern.
Anstonsten war der Service an der Reception absolut
Top - immer hilfsbereit.
Für Familie mit Kindern im heißen Rom eine gute
Adresse.
Am Frühstücksangebot sollte man aber sich aber
verbessern.

Comment : 1) l aria condizionata nella camera 221 a condizione che tiri il vento( il mio ragazzo sudava)
2) sopra la 221 è allestita la stanza colazione/cena/pranzo...impossibile nn sentire i rumori dello strusciamento delle sedie...
3)colazione ottima, ma le torte (cioccolato) eranmo dure come san pietrini...
4) il lavandino era otturato costantemente e abbiamo lavato i denti nella vasca...lo sciacquone nn mandava giù...NULLA...Palla...
cmq sia ci riandrò...
5) servizio di portinerie eccellente disponibilissimo alla reception il ragazzo è stato gentilissimo io lo promuoverei a direttore dell'hotel :)
