Comment : Room sound insulation couldn't be worst.
Cleaning staff is noisy and try to open the rooms even if they are occupied or closed.
Breakfast is not at a 4 star level.

Comment : It's a bit difficult to get in to the city and come back to hotel, especially when you come back late at night.

Comment : The Location should be better described, because when you come for the first time, some things are not so easy to find / look for (f.a. exact place of bus station, indication where to go by feet, etc.). We have walked more than 1 hour to find the hotel....

autista della navetta giuidava conversando al cellulare per le vie di roma (vietato per legge) parlando troppo forte (credo in napoletano) cambiando continuamente programma radio musica assordante. posso immaginare cosa hanno pensato i turisti giapponesi che erano sulla navetta(immagino poco pittoresco) e il tutto lede all'immagine del hotel
le pareti delle camere sono inesistenti si sentono persino i bisbigli.
cosigli un corso di comunicazione ad acuni addetti alla reception

Comment : nous étions au 8ème et nous avons eu trop chaud dans la chambre 806. Pas possible d'arrêter le chauffage. Il donnait toujours de la chaleur. De plus, à un endroit le sol était chaud.....

Comment : lovely hotel to stay but only if you are prepared to spend extra time and money in commuting to major tourist attractions in Rome. you would only enjoy your stay there if you are good in keeping time in order to catch the hotel shuttle(which you have to pay for) and like to have an early night( because last shuttle back is by 10.30 pm). using other means of tranport are limited because metro stations sutdown by 10 pm and 9.30 pm on sunday, and taxi is very expensive.
