Comment : 2 points trés forts : la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel (desk et restaurant); le confort des chambres.
2 points trés faibles : les navettes trés insuffisantes pour la quantité de clients demandeurs, et la salle de restaurant sinistre, fermée à la lumière du jour, avec une carte et une nourriture médiocres, qui évoque davantage la cantine de bureau que les vacances.

Comment : The location of the hotel is not centrally located, using the shuttle is a must to get to the Metro station and was convient but the the van used was to was too small for the crowds that gather at the appointed times, often leaving hotel guests without a ride. This was very disturbing both for those that got on the bus and the ones left off.

Comment : Hôtel vieillissant, petit-déjeuner au rabais. La quantité y est, mais pas la qualité de la nourriture. En revanche, le restaurant (midi et soir) offre une carte peu variée mais la qualité est présente.

Comment : Tout se serais bien passé si nous n'étions pas tombé sur une chambre dont la baie vitrée vibrait toute la nuit sous les coups de vent. Nous avons du demandé à changer de chambre tellement c'était insupportable........
De plus, nous n'avons pas trouvé la réception sympathique.....Ni bonjour ni au revoir quand vous passez devant l'accueil............

Comment : I would book a room at your hotel again but I would book it the swimming pool side,because the side we were on there was noisy air conditioning or some other system which spoiled us being able to relax on the balcony.
